This outfit has some inspiration in Pantone’s top 10 colors for spring 2016. I am going to show you how to wear this lovely pencil skirt 4 different ways. The skirt is in a light Aqua, which is crisp and clean just like the Limpet Shell in Pantone’s colors. A perfect pastel for spring!
Using some color theory, blue and orange are complimentary colors and so they pair really well. Since the blue is a very light shade I have gone in for a bold orange. I am wearing a J.Crew pencil skirt and it has pockets! Pockets are the best, I really wish everything I wore had pockets. I have kept this look really cute and casual. The J.Crew top along with the H&M necklace makes for a gorgeous combination. The pumps, also from J.Crew, add a touch of edginess to the look that I personally couldn’t do without!
I have accessorized with a Marc Jacobs watch, a golden cuff from Anthropologie and a delicate SheInside ring. I am also carrying a Louis Vuitton bag.
There you have it, the first easy peasy way to wear this lovely pencil skirt. The first look is simple, effortless and daytime chic! It’s spring ready and not to mention cheap, the skirt-top combo is under $65! Get your own today!
