Preheat the oven to 425F.
In a mixing bowl, mix together the eggs, basil, parmesan, salt and pepper.
Now cook the chopped bacon and sausage together in a pan. When its cooked, transfer the cooked meat into a bowl leaving behind the fat in the pan.
In the same pan add in the chopped potatoes, salt and pepper and cook the potatoes until tender.
In a separate pan add in the olive oil, onions and garlic. Sauté it for about 5 minutes.
Now add in the tomatoes and cook for about 2 minutes. Then add in the peppers. Cook this mixture for about 3 minutes.
Now add in the potatoes and the bacon and sausage mixture. Mix this well.
Now add in the egg mixture to the pan. Mix it up well for about 1 to 2 minutes. Then transfer the mixture, the egg is still raw, into a baking pan. Put this into the oven at 425 F for about 20-25 minutes.
Now add the cheese slices. Put this back into the over for another 3 to 5 minutes.
Now cut the frittata into wedges and serve with slices of avocado! I sure hope you love it as much as I do!
