Easter is only two and a half weeks away! Are you thinking about what to wear? Need a little bit of help? Well look no further I have pulled together some outfits and style tips to help you perfect your Easter look and be bunny approved <3
Keep it Traditional with Pastels
Easter is that time of the year when the pastels come out to play! If you’re a church going gal you probably see many pastel suits in all their classic glory. But if you want to wear pastels but still walk the fine line between casual and formal then a long sleeved pastel dress is your answer! You could also find a dress with a cute little necktie to class it up a tad more. Pair this dress with some neutrals. I picked a pair of caramel colored Tory Burch wedges and a DKNY bag in the same color. You could add in a tad of sparkle with some silver or gold accessories! Viola you’re church or perhaps brunch look is ready!
Sleek and Eye Catching
Want a refined yet comfortable look? Then this one is for you! Pick a pair of slim pastel ankle pants, I am wearing a pair of J.Crew pants. Pair it with an eye-catching color, perhaps a complementary color to your pants. I have picked an orange top, orange is the complement of blue. With such a big pop of color keep the rest of your look neutral. You could sport a lovely necklace to add some drama to the look. This is another great church look, it’s classy and fabulous!
Lace it Up!
A great way to show a little skin for easter is by choosing something with lace. It could be a dress or a top but with the lace you will add a touch of romance to your easter look. I have picked a top with lace sleeves. In both you can definitely see some skin but it still looks classy and can be worn to a family brunch, dinner or Easter Sunday church service.
Florals Are Always Perfect!
Easter means spring is here. What does everyone love wearing in spring? Floral patterns! Picking out a lovely floral dress or skirt will go a long way in pulling together the perfect easter look. This styling tip is definitely one that is close to my heart. I love floral! Bonus points if you pair floral and lace for a truly classy look with a touch of romance. This look will go well for just about any Easter event. Add a pop of color in the form of your shoes for dinner and keep it neutral for church or lunch.
Stripes and Monochrome
I love stripes as spring approaches. It’s always trendy and adds a touch of preppy to any outfit. You could opt in for a striped skirt and a silk button down monochrome blouse this easter. It’s a great look for brunch or dinner! You could fold up the sleeves for a casual touch or leave them unfolded to add the formal vibe to the look. Add in some pearls and your look is good to go!
Yellow isn’t Cliché!
Wherever you look during easter you will come across the color yellow. It could be in the dining table decor, or perhaps the easter eggs but yellow is sure to be seen. Yellow is an easter color. But that doesn’t mean it’s cliché to wear it! Pick yellow and mix it in with other shades that are in style! I have paired my Equipment silk blouse with a two toned skirt featuring Kale and Black. Kale is definitely in this spring if you read my last post on Spring Looks Made Easy! I added in a leopard print belt, a pair of booties and this look is ready for church, brunch or dinner!
There you have it! six styling tips and five different looks all to help you perfect your Easter look!
