This is my second time co-hosting with Jill and Carrie. I am very excited to be part of TFF. This time around I am talking about the perfect spring skirt keeping in mind the latest print and color trends. I hope you enjoy how I have styled it in four different ways!
Geometric Print Skirt

Geometric Print Skirt

Like I have already said, Spring 2017 is fun, from the lovely sorbet colors to its bold and fun prints. This particular skirt fits the spring trend to the tee, it has just the right colors and the perfect geometric print! I honestly couldn’t ask for anything more! The best part is that I bought this skirt from Francesca’s a couple of years ago and it’s wonderful to see it come back en vogue with a bang! Here are 4 ways to stay it…

Layered and Casual

Sometimes spring weather isn’t so forgiving, we need to use our winter tendencies and layer up! Keeping that in mind I wanted to pull together a look showcasing a beautiful shade of yellow from the spring color palette and my lovely skirt. I have layered on a J.Crew sweater over a classic Loft button down white shirt. I am carrying a Coach bag and wearing a pair of Flame colored flats. This casual look is simple to pull together as long as you keep the spring color palette in mind 🙂

Layered and Sophisticated

The booties definitely take this outfit from a causal walk in the park to walking between meeting rooms at work! The jewelry adds a beautiful color dimension to the outfit making it eye-catching! Here I have thrown in a touch of sophistication by adding in the heels and the accessories! A simple transition yet stunning!

Classic

This look is perfectly classic. The skirt adds the spring vibe by being on trend from the colors to the print. Throwing on a white button down shirt really adds a touch of class and simplicity making the look timeless! Add in an accessory making sure the color is within the spring color palette and your look will be gorgeous!

Casual Spring Chic

This casual spring look really pops! The sorbet orange is a head turner, and knotting it up in the front really adds in the laid back vibe. I have pulled my hair in an interesting yet simple braid to the side giving it a girl next door feel too! Again, this shade of orange is featured in the spring palette 🙂 Don’t all the colors look absolutely stunning?! Carry a crossbody and get into a pair of flat shoes and your look is all done!

Hair Style

There you have it, one skirt styled 4 ways! Such a great skirt for this season. The print and colors in the skirt are perfectly on trend! If you find a piece like this you can style it any of these ways and take it from work all the way to the park. I love versatile pieces and this one surely fits the bill!
